Your Health Your Choice Services Available at Genesee County Senior Centers

Your Health Your Choice facilitation services are available free of charge to senior citizens at each of the local Genesee County senior centers through a partnership with the Greater Flint Health Coalition.

For information on when a certified advance care planning facilitator is scheduled to be at your local senior center, please contact us, or check with your senior center directly.
